Designing ID & Pin pad signature user experience.

In recent years, signing with an ID card certificate has become more secure and efficient. Now, with the help of pin pad devices, companies can use their ID card certificates to create digital signatures. Turkcell was the first company to implement card readers in their shops to enable customers to sign documents with their ID card certificates.

As part of the design process, I conducted user research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience. This included conducting interviews and surveys. Based on this research, I identified key points of the client's app to add pin pad signing scenarios.
